At Theclothingtribe.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Because each item is made to order, we kindly ask that you review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Contact Us First
If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at support@theclothingtribe.com within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will review your request and assist you promptly.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for customer selection errors (e.g. wrong size, color, or design), as all product details are confirmed at checkout. We encourage customers to double-check specifications before completing their order.

Cancellation Policy
Because our products are custom-printed, orders can only be modified or cancelled before production begins. This window is typically 2 to 12 hours after the order is placed, depending on our current production schedule.

Once your item enters production, cancellation is no longer possible. However, we may be able to offer a replacement in certain circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery if the item meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken
  • The design received is not what you ordered
  • The size or material does not match your order
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match the product description

Items will not be accepted for return if they:

  • Have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Do not include original tags or packaging
  • Have minor, repairable defects like loose threads
  • Are returned without prior contact or authorization
  • Required Documentation for Refund Requests

To process your refund request, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • Shipping label or return tracking number
  • Any relevant correspondence from our support team

How to Request a Refund
Email support@theclothingtribe.com with your request and supporting documents

Wait for a reply within 2–3 business days

After receiving return instructions and the return address, ship the item using a trackable carrier

Send your tracking number or photo of the shipping receipt to our support email

Once the return is received and verified, we will send a refund confirmation email

Do not send your return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be lost and are not eligible for refund.

Shipping Fees and Refund Timing
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds (including your original shipping cost) will be issued within 2 business days after receiving and verifying the return

Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account

If your refund has not appeared after that period, please contact your card provider first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@theclothingtribe.com.

Returns must be approved by our support team in advance to be eligible
