What shipping options are available?
We offer a fast and reliable flat-rate shipping service within the United States at $5,99 per order. Please note that we are unable to deliver to U.S. military base addresses (APO/FPO) at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days for U.S. destinations. During peak seasons, such as holidays or promotional periods, please allow a few additional days for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Theclothingtribe.com only ships within the United States. We hope to expand our services internationally in the future.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept secure payments through PayPal and Stripe. At checkout, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page where you can either:

Can I modify my order?
Due to our made-to-order production process, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please double-check all item details, sizes, and shipping information before finalizing your order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges resulting from incorrect selections.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet begun.
Cancellations are subject to a 10% management and processing fee based on the total order value.

Please email us at support@theclothingtribe.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If your order is already in processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Can I request a return or refund?
Yes, we accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility. No additional fees are charged except for the cost of return shipping. For full conditions, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What is the return window?
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the order is considered final and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your tracking status shows that the package was delivered, but you haven’t received it:
